2021 was defined by public health, labor rights, and social justice issues all posing one question: How do we follow through with our commitments as allies?  Corporate America spent the year tailoring a response like a PR crisis… but what solutions did we bring to the table and which of them work for the long-term? As we stare directly into 2022, we can’t just send out IOU’s on promises made for another year in a row. It’s time to have a sit down about our future.
